Confirm these fees before you book so your operator plan and day budget match what you will pay onsite.
There is no Riviera-wide arrival tourism levy and no universal marine-park dive tag for Cannes, Antibes, Nice, or Villefranche-sur-Mer. Budget instead for the municipal tourist tax collected by accommodation, operator boat and equipment charges, island ferry tickets, and any optional federation license or course paperwork. The Cannes Underwater Eco-Museum itself is free. Protected status still creates enforceable conduct rules, including the Eco-Museum no-mooring zone and restrictions intended to protect Posidonia.
