There is no destination-wide marine-park tag for Rab and Pag. Normal visitors should book organized diving through a Croatian-registered center and pay the operator's dive, rental, boat, and any distant-site or heritage-related charges. Travelers attempting lawful individual diving face a separate national authorization process. Accommodation tourist tax is also charged under local Croatian rules and is normally handled by the host.
