A conservation-led Adriatic city break with shallow reefs, macro life, and castle-side water access
Key fee: Trieste municipal visitor tax
Varies by accommodation category under the 2026 municipal tariff table
Confirm these fees before you book so your operator plan and day budget match what you will pay onsite.
Trieste does not use a universal airport-style tourism levy or a separate recreational Miramare park tag. Accommodation in the Comune di Trieste can, however, carry a municipal visitor tax collected according to property category and applicable exemptions. Inside Miramare, access is controlled through paid WWF guided programs rather than an independently purchased permit.
Published activity prices below were current on September 5, 2026. Reserve programs, schedules, cancellation terms, and municipal tariffs can change, so reconfirm before payment.
