Bashful Bommie is a prominent reef bommie on the Great Barrier Reef. It has a sheltered reef edge with smaller reef fish and a steeper side that drops toward a deeper channel. The base of the wall has many holes that can shelter barramundi cod, and sea fans fringe the lower sections. Plan it as a boat dive with an intermediate feel and a layout that rewards a slow look around both sides of the structure.
