Praia da Ferradura

Praia da Ferradura is a wide, horseshoe-shaped bay with calm, warm, and protected waters, making it an excellent spot for beginner dives and snorkeling in Armação de Búzios. Sheltered from strong winds and currents, the beach offers generally good visibility on calm days and a relaxed underwater environment, ideal for slow exploration. Depths are shallow near the shore, with a sandy bottom and scattered rocky formations along the edges, where small reef fish and marine life can be found.
