Praia do Forno
Praia do Forno is a small, sheltered bay surrounded by rocky cliffs and native vegetation, making it an excellent and beginner-friendly dive and snorkeling spot in Armação de Búzios. The clear, cold waters are influenced by southern currents and upwelling, resulting in rich marine life and visibility that often reaches 10–15 meters, especially on calm days. Depths are generally shallow near the shore, with natural pools forming close to the rocky edges, ideal for relaxed dives and underwater exploration. Marine life includes reef fish, schools of small fish, occasional rays, and excellent conditions for observing underwater rock formations. The beach is protected from strong winds, currents are usually light, and entry is easy from the shore, making it suitable for families, beginners, and casual divers.

Dive Review
“Great spot to hang out for the afternoon, there's a nice main beach where people are enjoying the water. If you go left along the large rocks there are some nice entry points where it's a bit deeper and has some nice snorkeling areas”
