Hausriff Cres is the house reef in front of the Kovačine dive base, where a short shore walk leads onto a rocky reef that starts shallow and then drops into a deeper training-friendly edge. The site is built for practical local diving: you can stay close to the base, use the closed practice area, and keep the dive simple on days when you want an easy repeatable profile instead of a boat run. In high season, the smarter plan is an early start before traffic builds later in the morning.
