Dive Spot Guide•
Lina (Wreck)
Historic Cres wreck for advanced boat divers.
Local operator required
Boat access, depth, and wreck orientation make this a site best run with a Cres-based operator.
Lina is a boat-only Cres wreck with an upright profile, a clear line route, and a deeper stern that suits careful advanced divers.
About Lina (Wreck)
Lina is a classic Cres wreck dive for advanced and technical-minded divers: a long iron cargo ship resting upright off the island, reached by boat and followed down a line into milky Adriatic water. The upper structure gives a readable route, while the deeper stern and cooler water reward disciplined buoyancy, gas planning, and a calm pace. It is a historic wreck rather than a reef drift, best when you want a focused boat dive with wreck shape, fish life, and some penetration options.

Community notes to help plan your visit.

Best as a guided wreck dive with a slow route from the bow toward the deeper stern; strong buoyancy discipline helps if you explore inside.
Freediving
Not a practical freedive target because the wreck is too deep and boat access is required.
Snorkeling
Not a meaningful snorkel site beyond the boat approach.
