About This Dive Spot
The Car Pile dive site in Grenada features a collection of abandoned vehicles that were intentionally submerged by the government in the early 1980s. This site is enhanced by the addition of used car tires, which help to stabilize the sandy slope. The dive reaches depths of 75 feet (24 meters) to 145 feet (42 meters), making it a deep dive location.
