About Stingray Alley
A long sandy channel extending from the northern tip of Lighthouse Reef, averaging around 11 m depth. Seagrass beds with scattered barrel sponges and rocks create habitat for a variety of small marine life. Divers can find nudibranchs in netted barrel sponges, large stingrays, eels, juvenile fish around the rocks and sponges, and occasional electric rays.
