Turkish Cement Boat (Wreck) - אוניית המלט הטורכית
A Turkish vessel sank during a storm in 1998 while carrying about 850 tons of cement sacks. The wreck now lies on its side at around 12 m depth, with hardened cement that spilled from the hold forming boulder-like shapes around the site. Over time the wreck has become habitat for many fish and other marine animals, including Mediterranean species and fish that favor darker, sheltered spaces inside the wreck.
