Secca di Marassi
About Secca di Marassi
Off the coast near Finale Ligure, the Marassi shoal is a large, jagged rocky formation. The dive typically starts and ends on the broad, uneven top, then explores a south‑west facing wall around 10 meters high and a gentler slope dropping to the north‑west. The wall area features small dens and recesses that host conger eels and moray eels, with lobsters and forkbeards also encountered alongside colorful sponges.
