Dive Spot Guide•
Tago
Bay-and-open-sea Tago with colorful coral and fish.
Local operator required
Boat access and point selection are best handled by a local operator, especially when weather shifts.
Boat-based Tago area with a calm bay, more dynamic open-sea points, and short harbor runs that suit relaxed day trips.
About Tago
Tago mixes calm bay dives, open-sea boat points, and a beach option, so the area can shift between relaxed coral scenery and more open-water action. The bay is the softer side, with colorful seaweed-coral, a green turtle coral clump, and lots of small tropical fish, while the open sea is where faster-moving fish such as butterflyfish and yellowfin tuna show up. It is a good fit for divers who want variety in one base rather than a single fixed profile.

Scuba Diving
Tago offers multiple boat points in the bay and open sea, with a beach option and a mix of calm and dynamic water. The bay is the softer side; the open sea gives more action.
Freediving
Not a freedive-first site. The bay is calmer, but the main appeal is boat diving across the bay and open sea.
