Pierre percée is a very sheltered cove on the north side of Ratonneau in the Frioul archipelago, centered on a natural hole in the rock that resembles an elephant's eye and trunk. The site is more about playful geology than big walls, with a small drop-off beyond the opening, a rocky pinnacle at the base of the trunk, and a calm setting that suits relaxed snorkeling and beginner-level diving.
