Purple Vale Wall is a boat-accessed Algarve wall dive off Albufeira in Portugal's largest natural reef. The route runs east to west along a wall with many recesses, then eases onto a shallower reef section. It is an easy navigation dive rather than a deep profile, which makes it a good fit for relaxed reef time and macro hunting. Expect false coral, yellow coral, sponges, nudibranchs, scorpionfish, and gobies in the crevices.
