About This Dive Spot

The Koldor Dive Site is situated on the southern shore of Lake Teletskoye, near the Coldor cordon and opposite the village of Yailu. The dive begins just 10-15 meters from the shoreline, where the depth quickly descends to between 40 and 50 meters. This site does not require a special permit from the Altai Nature Reserve for diving activities. Underwater, divers can encounter various fish species, including taimen, Teletsky grayling, Uksuch (lenok), Teletsky whitefish, perch, burbot, and pike. Additionally, the common beaver can be observed among the local mammal population.
