Jackson Reef is widely regarded as a top-tier reef dive that can be done either as a drift dive or on a mooring. It features a coral garden with both soft and hard corals. Currents can be challenging on the reef’s corners, and the backside is known for hammerhead shark sightings from July through October. Divers can also encounter a wide variety of marine life including turtles, rays, moray eels, manta, jackfish, and tuna.
