The bommie has inlets and multiple swim-throughs to explore around the structure. Conditions can vary with swell and tide; the site can be exposed to large swell during high winds and may have current flowing around one side of the bommie while the other side is calmer. Reef sharks are often seen deeper, and there is a wide variety of fish life from around 20 m upward.
