Shallow Costa Brava cove dive with a tunnel and red coral.
Cala Ferriol is a shallow Costa Brava cove dive centered on a rock pinnacle and an underwater tunnel. The site is known for red coral, sponges, and a mix of octopus, morays, scorpionfish, nudibranchs, and snappers in and around the rock. It is a good fit for calm days and relaxed snorkeling or beginner diving, but the overhead section means you still need to stay disciplined.

Scuba Diving
Pinnacle dive from the surface down to about 26 m, with a cave feature on the structure.
Freediving
Possible for careful freedivers, but the tunnel and overhead sections mean it is not a casual free-dive playground.
Snorkeling
A good snorkel cove on calm days; the shallower rock and tunnel edge are the easiest parts to enjoy.
