El Bufadero
Advanced shore dive through a volcanic tube into open sea.
Advanced shore entry via rocks and steps; plan only on calm windows and expect an overhead section through the tube.
About El Bufadero
El Bufadero is an advanced shore dive in Gáldar that starts in a natural pool and runs through a volcanic tube into open water. The route is memorable because the enclosed lava section opens into a wider reef and blue-water exit, with gorgonians and cave walls adding texture along the way. It needs calm sea windows and careful entry and exit planning, so this is a dive for confident teams rather than casual shore scrambles.
