Local boat outings from the port are the standard way to dive the site.
La Nança is a rocky Mediterranean dive off Mataró in the Maresme, built around a long, narrow bar of porous stone cut by cracks and fissures. The site is all about structure and close inspection: you follow the ridge, pause at the openings, and look for the tucked-away life that uses the rock for shelter. Moray eels, crabs, lobsters, starfish, and other small fauna make it a slow, detail-oriented dive rather than a big-water swim.
