Racha Noi, Freedom Reef sits on the north side of the island and is reached by boat. The site combines a shallow bay with an outer coral area, plus metal cubes that have become hard-coral structure. Soft coral outside the bay and staghorn coral in the bay give the reef a varied profile, making it a flexible dive for guide-led outings when current and sea state are sensible.
