Tukas Darat is a boat-access reef on the eastern face of Tanjung Tukas in the Perhentian Islands, with a shallow rocky slope, staghorn coral patches, and usual reef fish. It is a beginner-friendly site that also works well for snorkellers in calm conditions, with blue-ring angelfish, moray eels, bannerfish, clownfish, and other reef life using the slope and coral heads. The site is best treated as a straightforward daytime reef dive when the sea is settled and the island is in season.
