Sprat is a boat-accessed reef dive off St. Thomas with shallow coral relief, swim-throughs, and overhangs that keep it friendly for newer divers while still giving enough structure for repeat visits. Calm water, clear visibility, and reef fish make it a practical all-levels outing rather than a deep or technical site, and it also works well as a second dive after a more demanding wreck.
