Windjammer Wreck is a shallow historic wreck dive in Dry Tortugas.
Windjammer Wreck is the better-known name for the historic Avanti in Dry Tortugas National Park, a shallow boat-access shipwreck beside Loggerhead Reef and one of the park's most visited dives. Its broken hull and scattered structure make it easy to follow underwater, and the site is known for coral growth, reef fish, and larger marine life. It rewards careful buoyancy and a tide-aware approach more than raw depth, and it works well as a snorkeling or scuba stop when the water is settled.
