Cayman diving is famous because the logistics are easy while the underwater range stays broad. Grand Cayman has the most operators, the Kittiwake, shallow reefs, West Bay walls, and weather alternatives between leeward and exposed coasts. Cayman Brac adds the MV Captain Keith Tibbetts and a smaller-island rhythm. Little Cayman is the wall-diving showpiece, especially Bloody Bay Wall and Jackson's Bight. Most diving is by day boat or shore access, with public moorings protecting coral and site selection changing with wind, swell, and operator judgment.
Grand Cayman
Best for firsttime Cayman trips, short stays, Seven Mile Beach, Stingray City, the Kittiwake, West Bay walls, shore snorkeling, and the largest operator base.
Little Cayman
Bloody Bay Wall and Jackson's Bight are the country's signature wall systems, with shallow reef tops, dramatic dropoffs, and a quiet resortboat rhythm.
Cayman Brac
The MV Captain Keith Tibbetts adds a major artificial reef to a quieter island of walls, caves, bluff scenery, and compact dive logistics.
Ex-USS Kittiwake
A purposesunk artificial reef off Grand Cayman, popular because the upper structure is accessible to trained divers and the wreck also works as a boat snorkel stop in calm weather.
MV Captain Keith Tibbetts
