Current Carriacou tourism and operator materials do not present a destination-wide diver tag in the way some Caribbean islands do, but you should still budget for a few local logistics costs. The most relevant are the visitor driving permit, any operator-collected marine protected area surcharge, and the required ED card submission before arrival.
