Book Manacles and offshore wreck days directly with a current local operator, then confirm the launch, gas choice, cylinder requirements, certification, medical paperwork, and weather policy. Carry more than one shore alternative, but do not treat a sheltered-looking bay as automatically safe. Many entries work best at a specific state of tide. Use a DSMB where boat traffic is possible, keep equipment streamlined in kelp and fishing line, and ask before entering harbour or working-water areas. Old online directories can outlive operators, boats, and fill stations, so reconfirm every service before travel.
