Fingers, Norman Reef is a sheltered cove-style dive site on Norman Reef in the Great Barrier Reef. The site is known for its protected, easygoing feel and a layout that can suit newer divers as well as more experienced ones. The reef structure spreads out like fingers, with the south-western sections dropping away more quickly. Plan for a mostly calm boat dive, but keep an eye on depth as some parts of the site can run deeper than the shallower cove area.
Depth range, seasonality, and planning context.
Depth Note
Described as a shallow cove, with the south-west “fingers” able to get quite deep.
Best Season

Typical Conditions
