Scuba DivingShoreBeginner
Easy Nova Scotia training site with shallow shore access, rocky-kelp bottom, and weather-sensitive surf and surge.

About Paddy's Head

Paddy's Head is a sheltered Indian Harbour shore dive in St. Margaret's Bay with easy beach entry, shallow training water, and a rocky shoreline laced with eelgrass and kelp. It is a strong beginner site on calm days, with lobsters, flounders, sculpins, sea ravens, torpedo rays, and reef-ball habitat giving the shallow dive plenty of structure. West winds can turn it choppy fast, so plan for sheltered conditions instead of exposed seas.

Scuba

Great open-water training site with an easy beach entry, shallow structure, and enough life to keep beginner dives interesting.
