Chiliguaro is a small rocky dive site in the Papagayo area of Guanacaste, set up for divers who want sheltering structure and a critter-heavy local reef rather than a broad open-water swim. It is a good fit for macro hunting and slower, more deliberate diving, with octopus, seahorses, rays, turtles, resting sharks, and schooling fish all possible on a good day.
