Oključna is a sheltered bay on the northern side of Vis, reached by a gravel-stony road that can require an off-road vehicle, or by boat to the concrete pier. Underwater, the site mixes sandy shallows with the B-24 bomber wing fragment and an easy reef-and-wall profile where small crabs, sea stars, striped red mullets, and octopuses are often seen.
