Shaab Alaya is a wall reef dive typically done along the reef in a northerly direction. A stone wall covered in abundant hard and soft corals drops from very shallow water down to mid-depth. The wall structure provides many places to search for small marine life, while the blue water in front of the reef can produce sightings of larger passing animals such as dolphins, whale sharks, and turtles.
