A beginner-friendly Mediterranean shore site with clear water, rocky relief, and a compact macro hunt around the shallows.
About Baou rouge
Baou rouge is a shallow rocky Mediterranean site with clear water, a compact shore-entry feel, and a long history in French diving. It suits beginners and relaxed macro hunters who want to spend time reading the rocks for seahorses, pipefish, rays, wrasse, and other small life rather than covering distance. Calm weather makes the entry easy and the site most rewarding.
