Steilwand, Starnberger See, Allmannshausen
This freshwater lake dive features a varied steep wall that drops off after a short swim from the shallow shoreline toward the middle of the lake. Depending on where you enter, the wall edge is reached within a few minutes at around 12β20 m. The site is known for year-round fish life including perch and pike, with eels commonly seen, especially at night. Eel rods may be found hiding in the wall at depths greater than 30 m.
