About Hans Schmidt (Wreck)

Hans Schmidt is a boat-accessed Adriatic wreck dive, long known as Istra, with the ship standing vertically on the seabed and much of the steel hull still intact. The wreck is split into bow and stern sections and draws shoals of fish, with catsharks, lobsters, and other wreck life around the structure. It suits experienced wreck divers who are comfortable with open-sea conditions and careful buoyancy.
