東霸 East Dam is a Sai Kung shore dive built around a line of anchor-shaped concrete blocks beside High Island Reservoir. The site is shallow but highly condition-sensitive, so the real challenge is slow navigation through low-visibility water rather than depth. It suits experienced local teams and guided visits that want a compact structure hunt with plenty of small-life detail.

Hazards, restrictions, and access requirements.
Key Hazards
Access Restrictions
Use the designated East Dam access and plan transport to High Island Reservoir; do not assume an easy walk-in or open-water setup.

Community notes to help plan your visit.
Scuba Diving
Typical dive depth is around 11–13 m.
Freediving
