About Hooligan’s Rock
This site features two pinnacles that begin in very shallow water and are connected by a ridge in the low 20 m range, dropping to a sandy seabed around the mid‑20s. The larger pinnacle has multiple swim-throughs. Both pinnacles are described as being heavily covered in soft corals and sea fans, with plenty of hard coral as well. It can be dived year-round and is also suitable for experienced snorkelers in the shallows.
