Mangrove is a shallow reef site located along the north coast of Nusa Lembongan, with typical depths ranging between 8 and 16 meters. The reef runs parallel to the shoreline and is characterized by a wide, gently sloping profile, making it suitable for relaxed dives under the right conditions. It is often dived as a drift, and current strength can vary significantly. When currents are mild, it offers a long and easy drift along the reef. However, during stronger conditions, the dive can become relatively short, as the northern coastline of Lembongan is quickly covered. For this reason, timing and entry point selection are important to maximize dive time and ensure a controlled profile.
