Gaa Vehtunu Thila is a thila reef site known as “fallen stone,” referring to a reef structure west of the main reef that includes a large mushroom coral block around 19 m. The main thila has a shallow top at about 5 m before sloping down gradually to roughly 20 m. Marine life sightings include turtles and stingrays, with dense schools of glassfish in the northern area. The southern side is associated with blue line and humpback snappers.
