Thavatha
Thavatha is a sheltered site used as a fallback when north-driven current and waves make nearby dives unsuitable. It has a basin-like layout and is commonly used for orientation and training dives. At around 20 m on sandy bottom and within small overhangs, divers can find dense macro life alongside larger residents like morays and rays. Encounters with manta rays are possible with luck.
