Aramoana Mole is a shore dive along a man-made rock wall at the entrance to Otago Harbour, where the breakwater and its scuttled wrecks create a long, structured route with changing depth as you move out along the mole. The site is known for sponges, kelp, sea slugs, snails, and cool-water fish, with tidal flow and harbour traffic shaping when and how you dive it.
