About OTAMA REEF
Otama Reef is a beginner-friendly shore dive from Otama Beach on the Coromandel, with a gentle sandy entry, bright white sand and broken reef that becomes larger and kelpier as you swim farther out and to the left. It is a relaxed shallow-water site for new divers and snorkellers, with regular snapper feeding and easy shoreline logistics when the sea is calm.
