Shore-entry sanctuary with coral gardens and rich fish life.
Olang Sanctuary is a shore-entry marine sanctuary on the east side of Siquijor, where a protected reef slope drops from shallow coral gardens into a deeper coral-and-rock profile. The site is known for colorful hard and soft corals, pipefish, small reef life, and calm-day snorkeling as well as scuba, so planning is mostly about using a local operator, respecting sanctuary rules, and choosing a day with decent water movement and visibility rather than worrying about boat logistics. It is a relaxed but conservation-focused dive that rewards buoyancy control and a slow look around the reef.
