Paglugaban Cave is a boat-access underwater cave in the Miniloc area of Bacuit Bay, entered through a narrow sea-level opening that leads into a sequence of submerged passages, air chambers, haloclines, and large limestone rooms. Conditions are calmest in settled weather, but surge at the entrance and the overhead route make this a site for properly trained cave divers with disciplined gas planning and precise buoyancy.
