Boat-access Algarve reef with canyons and a cave cut.
Local operator required
Boat access from Lagos is the normal approach.
Lagos boat dive with rocky relief, torch-friendly cut-throughs, and moderate planning sensitivity to sea state.
About Rondão Alvo
Boat-access reef off Porto de Mós with tall rock ridges, canyons, overhangs, and a cave-like cut to work along. It suits divers who want a structured Algarve site with simple navigation, torch use in darker sections, and a plan that respects Atlantic chop, swell, and visibility swings. Best when seas are settled and the boat schedule can work around conditions.
