About This Dive Spot

This site is a stretch of coral reef on the seaward side of 2 Mile Reef, bordered by sand on both the eastern and western sides. It features many small coral domes and two prominent shallow caves. Depths average around 16 m with a maximum of about 18 m. The caves are known to host whitetip reef sharks and a giant moray eel, and the southern section has an unusually high number of redbarred rockcod.
