About Eddystone Lighthouse
Eddystone Lighthouse is a boat-dived offshore reef in the English Channel south of Plymouth where shallow kelp gullies, rocky pinnacles, and drop-offs create one of the South West's classic tide-managed dives. The site is shaped by strong currents and weather windows rather than tropical visibility, and divers come for sea fans, anemones, wrasse, and other cold-water life. It is best for disciplined boat divers who can work a slack-tide window and stay comfortable in moving water.
