About Stackpole Quay
Stackpole Quay is a tide-sensitive Pembrokeshire shore dive tucked into a small harbour beneath the cliffs. The site uses a stony beach at low tide and rewards a well-timed entry with rocky gullies, kelp, and a sandy bottom farther out. It suits relaxed exploration and training when the cove is settled, but tide timing, changing current, and storm-driven visibility swings are the main planning factors.
