About The Hill
Tingo is Olango's north-tip deep-wall dive, reached by boat from the Mactan side and best treated as an early-morning shark run. Giant sand flats lead into a steep wall with a plateau in the mid-depth range, then deeper water where thresher sharks and occasional hammerheads patrol the blue. The profile is exposed and current-swept, so it suits experienced divers who want a fast-moving pelagic site rather than a relaxed coral garden.
